Emergency services for the Town of Kensington are provided by Kensington Fire Rescue (KFR). The department is staffed by paid-on-call members who provide fire protection and emergency medical services within the town. Kensington Fire Rescue is part of the Seacoast Chief Fire Officers Mutual Aid District (SCFOMAD), comprised of 45 towns and cities within New Hampshire, Maine and Massachusetts who work collaboratively to provide mutual aid services and equipment both to and from Kensington when needed or requested. We operate an emergency transport ambulance with basic and advanced EMTs and utilize Exeter Hospital Paramedic Intercept Service when higher level care is required. We provide fire prevention activities, inspections and other safety services to help prevent fire or injury. We strive to provide quality, trained all-hazard emergency response personnel and equipment to keep our community safe.

If you are interested in serving the town as an EMT, Firefighter or emergency support personnel or have a question about KFR, please contact Fire Chief Jeff DiBartolomeo by email: [email protected] or (603)772-5751.
